First, peel the onions and finely chop them.
Then peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onions along with the garlic. Add the meat and sauté for a few minutes, turning it from both sides, until it just turns pink. Add salt, pepper and the wine. Once the wine evaporates, remove from the heat.
Put the meat in the pan of the oven and add 1 cup of hot water. Pour half of the chopped dill. Cook the meat in a medium heat at 190 º C for 1 ½ hour.
Boil the rice following the instructions and serve with the meat.
